Do you know that sleeping more than normal; yes sleeping more hours than total number of hours normally human body requires is a kind of sleep disorder? Yes, sleeping less and sleeping more than total number of hours human body requires, for re-boost; each of them is a kind of sleep disorder.
In total how many types of sleep disorders are there? Well, there are more than 1, but I am discussing here only following 4 main common types of sleep disorders; one of which insomnia most of you know-

Well insomnia most of you know thatit is a sleep disorder in which either insomnia suffering person either does not sleep or if sleep, then have sleep for very less hours than total number of hours one should normally sleep. And, if somehow insomnia sufferer sleep total number of hours required normally for good re-boost of human body, then person faces difficulty in sleeping in starting of these total hours and also in mid of sleep from noise; that is, sleep is weak not deep enough which can re-boost human body and affected person get woke up from slight noise.
Hypersomnia is just opposite of insomnia, in it affected person sleep for more than total number of hours required normally for normal re-boost of human body. Yes, in this sleep disorder, affected person sleep in a day for enough quantity of hours; even after sleeping deep sleep in night. Yes, if person does not sleep for enough hours at night or does not have deep sleep at night; then it makes sense that person because of deficient sleep at night, is sleeping in day. But, if person sleeps for enough hours in day even after sleeping deep sleep and enough hours sleeprequired normally at night, then it does not make any sense. This is the case with hypersomnia suffering human being that even after full satisfactory normal sleep at night, person is falling sleep for enough hours in a day.
Parasomnia is that sleep disorder, in which affected human being neither sleep for less hours, nor sleep for more hours. In it the affected human being, neither suffer from weak sleep nor get disturbed from slight noise. On the opposite, in it affected person disturbs sleep of others because of his or her sleep disorder symptoms; which does not let others sleep. In this disorder case, affected person does not know in sleep that sometimes he goes out of house in sleep by walking in sleep. Due to this disorder, the family members of affected person does not sleep deep sleep, because their attention is focused on sleep disorder affected person that he might go out of house again in sleep because of his or her sleep disorder.
It is such a sleep disorder, in which affected human being neither sleep less nor more; neither walk, nor talk in sleep. This sleep disorder affected person only grind their teeth in sleep.
